Winter Wonderland
Icy blue and pure white lights turn your landscape into a sparkling spectacle. Who says you need snow for a winter wonderland?
Serving Montgomery County
The Woodlands sets a high bar for the holidays, and we meet it village by village — from the wooded estates of Carlton Woods to the family streets of Creekside Park. Designed, installed and maintained for you.

Holiday Lighting in The Woodlands
The Woodlands sets a high bar for the holidays, and we're built to meet it. Give Top Tier the entire job — design, professional installation, in-season service, takedown and storage — and every village home, from Carlton Woods to Creekside Park, gets a display worthy of the address.

We've lit The Woodlands' villages for over a decade — the wooded estates of Carlton Woods, the family streets of Alden Bridge and Sterling Ridge, the newer builds near Creekside Park. As a greater-Houston company, we put the people who design your display on the ladder, with no call center in between.

Hand us the season and enjoy it. We design and install the display, return through the winter to fix anything that needs it, then remove and store it when the holidays end — fully insured and CLIPA certified. Hidden clips and clean power runs protect the rooflines on tall, tree-shaded Woodlands homes.

You purchase the lights once and they're yours — commercial-grade, faceted C9 LEDs rather than a yearly rental. We cut them to your roofline and warranty them for three years, for the rich, even glow a Woodlands home is known for.
Our Process
The lights are a one-time purchase, and the rest of the season is on us. Here's how a Woodlands project comes together, from the first design to the day it's stored away.
We start at your home — its rooflines, its pines and oaks, the way it sits in the village — and design a display tailored to the architecture and the woods around it.
Our crew cuts each strand to fit on site, conceals the clips and cords, sets the timers, and safely reaches the tall peaks and wrapped trees a Woodlands property is known for.
If a bulb fails or a strand slips between Thanksgiving and the New Year, we return and correct it at no charge, so the display stays flawless all season.
After the holidays we remove everything and store it labeled to your home, so nothing fills your garage and next year begins with a simple call.
Pick Your Look
From elegant and understated to all-out Griswold. Not sure which fits your house? Our designers will help you choose.

Over-the-top and proud of it — vibrant colors and enough wattage to be seen from space. Warning: may cause neighborhood envy.

Warm white lights outline your home's best features for a welcoming, timeless glow — traditional holiday charm, Texas style.

Have something else in mind? Share your vision — a Texas-themed display or a palette matched to your home — and we'll bring it to life.
Why Choose Top Tier
Plenty of crews can string lights. What keeps Woodlands homeowners with us is the company behind them — local, experienced across the villages, fully insured, and accountable from the first call to the final takedown.
We're a greater-Houston company that works The Woodlands every season, so we're easy to reach and quick to return when you need us.
More than ten years lighting the area's wooded, custom homes means tall peaks, long driveways and mature trees are routine for our crews, not new ground.
We carry full insurance and certification from the Christmas Light Installation Professionals Association, so the work on your roof meets a recognized, safety-first standard.
The same crew designs, installs, services and removes your display — nothing subcontracted out, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Common Questions
All of them — from Grogan's Mill and Panther Creek to Sterling Ridge, Alden Bridge, Cochran's Crossing and the Village of Creekside Park, including gated communities like Carlton Woods. We also cover neighboring Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North and Spring.
Pricing is set per home, since Woodlands homes vary so widely — a single-story patio home and a two-story estate in Carlton Woods are very different installs. It follows the roofline, the height, any tree wrapping and the style you choose. Tell us about your home and we'll send a detailed, no-obligation quote.
Early. The Woodlands books out fast — most installs happen from late October through November, and prime weekends fill first. Reach out in early fall to lock in your spot and your preferred install date.
You own them — the pro-grade C9s are a one-time purchase, never a yearly rental. We handle everything else: design, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage, all under a 3-year warranty, so they look their best for many seasons.
Yes. After the season we remove everything and store it labeled for your home, so nothing takes up space in your garage and next year is even easier.
