Winter Wonderland
Icy blue and pure white lights turn your landscape into a sparkling spectacle. Who says you need snow for a winter wonderland?
Serving Harris County
Kingwood earned the name 'the Livable Forest' — tree-lined streets, greenbelt trails, homes tucked among the pines — and we light it all, from the design through the takedown.

Holiday Lighting in Kingwood
Kingwood's pines and tree-lined streets make for a striking holiday backdrop, and we know how to use it. Give Top Tier the whole job — design, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage — and your home will glow against the forest from the first night to the last.

The Livable Forest's greenbelt-lined streets — Kings Point, Mills Branch, Elm Grove — are familiar ground for our crews. We're a greater-Houston company that returns here season after season, so the person who plans your display is the one who installs it, not a dispatcher.

Hand us the season and relax. We design and install, return through the winter to fix anything that quits, then take it down and store it when the holidays end — fully insured and CLIPA certified. Hidden clips and routed cords keep your roofline and gutters undamaged, even on tall, pine-shaded homes.

Your lights are yours after one purchase — commercial-grade, faceted C9 LEDs, not a yearly rental. We trim them to your roofline and warranty them three years, for a clean, even glow that holds its own against Kingwood's towering pines.
Our Process
The lights are a one-time purchase, and the rest of the season is on us. Here's how a Kingwood project runs, from the first design to the day it's stored away.
We come out to your home — usually set among pines, on a greenbelt or near the water — and design a display that fits the architecture and the trees, in the style you want.
Our crew sizes each strand on site, hides the clips and cords, sets the timers, and safely reaches the tall peaks and wrapped trees a Kingwood lot tends to have.
If a bulb fails or a strand slips over the winter, we head back out and fix it at no charge, so the display looks its best straight through the season.
After the holidays we take everything down and store it labeled to your home, so nothing fills the garage and next year is a quick call.
Pick Your Look
From elegant and understated to all-out Griswold. Not sure which fits your house? Our designers will help you choose.

Over-the-top and proud of it — vibrant colors and enough wattage to be seen from space. Warning: may cause neighborhood envy.

Warm white lights outline your home's best features for a welcoming, timeless glow — traditional holiday charm, Texas style.

Have something else in mind? Share your vision — a Texas-themed display or a palette matched to your home — and we'll bring it to life.
Why Choose Top Tier
Anyone can hang a strand. What keeps Kingwood homeowners with us is the company around it — local, experienced among the pines, fully insured, and accountable from first call to final takedown.
We're a greater-Houston company that works Kingwood every season, so we're easy to reach and quick to come back when something needs attention.
Ten-plus years across the area means tall, tree-shaded rooflines and wrapped pines are routine for our crews, not a challenge we're solving on your home.
We carry full insurance and certification from the Christmas Light Installation Professionals Association, so the work on your roof meets a recognized, safety-first standard.
One crew designs, installs, services and removes your display, so nothing is subcontracted out and nothing slips through the cracks.

Pricing is set per home, since a two-story among the pines in Kings Point and a single-story in Elm Grove are very different installs. It follows the roofline, the height, any tree wrapping and the style you choose — send your address for a detailed, no-obligation quote.
Early. Kingwood books out fast — most installs run from late October through November, and prime weekends fill first. Reach out in early fall to lock in your date.
It's our specialty. Kingwood's towering pines and wooded lots are made for wrapped trees and warm-white rooflines — we reach the high peaks safely and make the whole property glow against the forest.
You own them after a one-time purchase of the pro-grade C9s — not a yearly rental. We handle the rest: design, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage, all under a 3-year warranty, so you never get on a ladder or store a tangle of strands.
