Winter Wonderland
Icy blue and pure white lights turn your landscape into a sparkling spectacle. Who says you need snow for a winter wonderland?
Serving Montgomery County
Magnolia is acreage country — gated estates in High Meadow, wooded lots in Audubon, room between the homes — and we light it all, from the design to the takedown.

Holiday Lighting in Magnolia
An estate on a few acres asks for a different kind of display than a city lot, and that's the work we love. Hand Top Tier the whole project — design, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage — and we'll light the home and the land it sits on.

We've worked Magnolia's estate neighborhoods for years — High Meadow, Audubon, the acreage off the main roads — as a greater-Houston company that shows up in person. The people who design your display are the ones who install it; there's no call center in the loop.

Leave the whole season to us. We design and install, return through the winter to fix anything that quits, then take it down and store it when the holidays end — fully insured and CLIPA certified. Hidden clips and clean cord routing keep even a long estate roofline free of damage.

The lights are yours after one purchase — commercial-grade, faceted C9 LEDs, never a yearly rental. We cut them to your roofline and back them three years, so a sweeping Magnolia elevation reads as one even, uninterrupted line.
Our Process
Buy the lights once and the season is ours to run. Here's how a Magnolia project unfolds, from the first visit to the day it goes into storage.
We come out to the property — usually with acreage and big trees — and lay out a display scaled to the home and the land, in whatever style you prefer.
Our crew measures and cuts each strand on site, tucks the hardware away, sets the timers, and reaches the tall peaks and long runs an estate roofline tends to have.
If a run goes dark or shifts over the winter, we come back and fix it for free, so the display stays sharp from the first night to the last.
When the season ends we remove it all and store it labeled to your home — nothing crowding the barn or garage, and next year is a single call.

Over-the-top and proud of it — vibrant colors and enough wattage to be seen from space. Warning: may cause neighborhood envy.

Warm white lights outline your home's best features for a welcoming, timeless glow — traditional holiday charm, Texas style.

Have something else in mind? Share your vision — a Texas-themed display or a palette matched to your home — and we'll bring it to life.
Why Choose Top Tier
Anyone can hang a strand. What keeps Magnolia homeowners with us is the company around it — local, experienced on large properties, fully insured, and accountable from first call to final takedown.
We're a greater-Houston company that works Magnolia through the season, so we're easy to reach and quick to get back out to a property when something needs attention.
Ten-plus years across the area — much of it on acreage — means long rooflines, big elevations and mature trees are second nature for our crews.
We carry full insurance and certification from the Christmas Light Installation Professionals Association, so the work on your roof meets a recognized, safety-first standard.
One crew designs, installs, services and removes your display, so nothing is subcontracted out and nothing slips through the cracks.

Yes — Magnolia's acreage estates in High Meadow and Audubon, with their tall elevations, long rooflines and mature trees, are exactly the kind of display we specialize in.
You own them after a one-time purchase of the pro-grade C9s — not a yearly rental. We handle everything else: design, installation, in-season service, takedown and storage, all under a 3-year warranty, so you never get on a ladder or store a tangle of strands.
